The quality and professionalism of the services it provides have a high standard, in my case when selling an apartment starting with my own initiative field survey, addressing a wide range of potential buyers, which I would never achieve on my own, using variable advertising options (real estate servers, social networks , leaflets, tarpaulin, etc.), presentation of the apartment (home design, professional photo and video) and other comprehensive service. At the same time, Ms. Sabová was very operational and available in time, she also consistently found out and passed on answers to questions from buyers and the whole sale went quickly and smoothly than expected. Furthermore, I was particularly pleased with the sale in the form of an auction thanks to its transparency and predetermined rules, the resulting purchase price significantly exceeded my original intention even after deducting the commission for mediation. I can only recommend Mrs. Sabová, she simply has a clear level and sets the bar very high in her industry.
