Nowadays, an incredibly low level of hygiene. They transfer pastries, bread-lined baguettes from the cooling counter to a bag or to a tray with a BARE HAND - no gloves, pliers, ... With the same hand that the money takes ... Even today, the coronavirus is displayed on the edge of the counter, close to the customer, not protected from the breath, coughing or sneezing of shoppers.
