The worst Pho soup we've ever eaten. Broth weak, with pieces of white meat (the staff assured us it was beef). A really special filling in burnt-out rolls. Terrible staff, after sitting down, the lady shouted for me to come to her with the order (the restaurant was completely empty), she didn't even bring us cutlery, we had to dig ourselves out of a pile of cutlery thrown on one of the tables after she gestured at us. We really do not recommend.

I have been going to this company for 20 years since he was at Tiskařská on the market. From the beginning, I was thrilled that they had moved even closer to where I lived. Unfortunately, since the beginning of the pandemic, the original lady from the market has disappeared (she is said to be in Vietnam) and it has been seen that the quality is slowly but surely deteriorating, especially in the last two months. The biggest change took place in the classic pho, instead of blanched chicken with a crispy skin, they began to give pickled slices of fried chicken like fast food in malls, steamed thin slices of beef sirloin replaced slices of cooked beef, the broth also changed drastically. Bun cha is also not as juicy and caramelized as before ... In addition, now fast food like kungpao has been added to the new changer, etc ... I'm really afraid of where it will go. I hope the original lady returns as soon as possible. So far, I leave only 2 stars here with sadness ...
