Hello last year, when I visited this store, I was pleasantly surprised by the offer of shoes I prefer. I bought two pairs of shoes here. This year I went to buy shoes again, but what was my surprise when my common questions, the staff responded very curtly almost arrogant. The request for replacement for larger shoes was obviously surprising to the staff and made it clear. If I didn't fit my shoes after the second try, I was afraid to ask for more. But I found the courage - I shouldn't have done that! Mrs. went somewhere behind the curtain and when I asked after about 5 minutes how it looks so came up just - WE DON'T BE LOST. It's a shame, I liked shoes of this brand, but nothing this year and especially anytime in the future - I definitely will not come here! Happy business! Peter
