Horrible. I bought a leather bag, it fell apart and even after 3 unsuccessful repairs they refused to give me money back. I'm never going there again.

Good discounts, not too friendly staff

I definitely do not recommend this shop. I bought shoes there for 1600czk, I had them two weeks and dressed three times (more I missed) and ended up destroyed - see photo. My claim, which I filed exactly one month after the purchase of the product, was refused. I'm utterly disappointed and disgusted. Shoes are unsurpassed, it looks terrible. I do not recommend this store at all. I bought shoes there for 1600 czk, I had them for two weeks and they ended up destroyed, as you can see. They refused my warranty claim, which was opened one month after buying their product. I am really sad and disappointed from this experience.

MRS. THE SELLER IS ALMOST EVERYWHERE HEAVY TO HAVE THE SHOES THAT ARE TOTAL ZAMATLANY SAY NO AND WHAT PEOPLE ARE TAKING AROUND ABOUT .... GO BOTHER ELSE FOR SHOES THAN I AM
