ECCO Černý Most

My girlfriend and I were buying shoes, and we chose two shoes, saying that we had one of them left at the box office to stop for them later after the shopping. We took the other shoes and paid for it. But before I paid, I asked Mrs. Jitka (from the store staff) whether this Ecco store was involved in a loyalty / discount program, and I was told no. I asked Mrs. Jitka if she was sure that the store might not be involved in a loyalty program of a bank or any other, that there were many such programs. She said no, that no shop was involved in any program. So I paid my shoes and left my store with my girlfriend. Girlfriends put on shoes at the store and went to the side shops inside the center. After about 15 minutes we returned to the store because we found out that within the Černý Most Center the product purchased by us is 15% discount. Mrs. Jitka told me at the cash desk that we cannot apply the discount retroactively and that we should have told her that we have a CCM application that the benefit from this loyalty program would apply. So I asked if we can return the shoes and buy again immediately and pay a discount. Mrs. Jitka told me that we can not return the shoes because they are already worn (in fact there were no visible signs of wear on the shoes) and that no one would buy them and that they would then have to pay them from their own resources. I told her that I would buy them again, that I only wanted to apply a discount, and then Mrs. Jitka replied that if I had paid in cash and not with a card, that it would probably work, but this is not possible . Finally, we returned the shoes to another store where, after checking their condition, they had no problem. I recommend the staff of the Ecco Centrum Černý Most store to work on access to retail customers, for example through training.
