Two days ago, I bought my son's shoes at the Keen store on the Black Bridge. When paying, the saleswoman herself (without asking) told me that if the shoes are not worn, in the original packaging and with the bill, I can return them within 14 days. I finally bought other shoes online and went back to the original store today. There I was told that the shoes could only be changed, the money would not be returned to me. The saleswoman really didn't mention that, otherwise of course I wouldn't order others. So now I have two shoes. Yesterday (within 24 hours of purchase) they would return the money to me, but not today. The approach really disappointed me, especially after providing such confusing information.

Today I visited the store. Less than a year ago I bought hiking boots here. Unfortunately, a shoelace was ordered for the upper hook. So I was there today to ask whether the piglets would not sell me to these shoes. Unfortunately, I did not see such unwilling service. The lady knew what my shoe was, but she couldn't even tell me the length of the shoelace. For me service for customer zero. I only give two stars because I was so satisfied last time. But I'll never come to you again.
