Customer service on Černý Most shop centre is horrible.. All 3 sales assistants were so disgusting and unfriendly. I will never come again to buy something there. Better close this shop, buying through Internet is much easier. Very unfriendly personal and not helping at all.

Worst service experience I've ever had. Three sales assistants acted like I was serving them. I asked once to give me the desired pair of shoes so she looked at me as if I asked to get the moon and just rolled her eyes. All three girls were just standing at the counter with their phones and talking to each other. Awful experience, won't go back there.

The staff of this exact store is extremely unhelpful. When you ask for the size and assistance, they act like making you a favor. The three sales assistance ladies were doing nothing and just standing at the counter. I had to call them to and ask for assistance. The shoes are definitely not sold thanks to their assistance. Awful service.

It was a very strange experience. I entered the store twice and was walking around. The shop assistants acted as if they didn't see me, no "dobry den", "hello", "hi", etc. I wonder if being polite to the customers is not something obvious...

Most rude personal I've ever incountered. Asking for a pair of shoes in a size 42 was apparently cause for eyerolling and when I didn't want the shoes the(because the actual price was way higher than the one advertised) she facepalmed behind my back. I can absolutely not recommend this place.
