Today's visit to this store surprised me unpleasantly. As soon as I stand at the shelf with shoes, there are two saleswomen standing there. I just reach for my shoes, no one is standing there. When asked if they will find the number 40 out of three pairs of shoes, the saleswoman answers me in disgust that they do not have any shoes with the number 40 and sends me to the girl's shelf. I don't know if people are so dumb with you, or they like to make fun of people who go shopping there. I beg for such an approach.

The girls at the Super store, the complaint was well resolved, they were both nice and helpful.

The complaint has already been acknowledged, the money is nowhere, apparently they have the time by law and they will use it to the maximum.
