Edit: they now open at 06:30 during the week, so that's a really great and positive development! Original review: Opening times suck, but that's true for almost every gym in Prague. Would be 5 stars, if the place would open already at 06:00 am. Apart from that small gym but totally fine, they have everything you need.

Great equipped gym, that is suitable for every fitness-fan. The best bodybuilder can train here as well as the beginners. There are two mirror rooms for posing and boxing, the whole gym is located in the cellar, so that the lights are not very pleasant, while shape- checking. You can make an appointment with a personal trainer to be supervised( training, nutrition plans, posing, dancing). You can measure you body fat with a special scale, but it is not very accurate. They do not offer the group lessons. At the bar, you can buy various fitness drinks, coffee and wide range of supplements is offered.

Well equipped, clean, with nice staff. Can get crowded at peak times.

Small gym of 4 rooms where one room is for getting warm, one is for dumbells and two are full of machines. Outside of crowdy hours you may get in the shape in peace. Each machine is there one per type, so expect waiting for some. Don't expect much from staff.

Although it clean and a little.bit old fashioned, the staff has to work on their customer approach.
