Don't buy anything, I bought a phone, after unpacking I found out that it doesn't work as it should. Exchange is not possible, the only thing is a complaint and wait. Miss strong arrogant behavior, over the phone communication with her superior, exactly the same behavior. Resolved by leaving the phone number there and calling me tomorrow as agreed with the complaints department. The young lady laughed at me again .. Either I should call the police or the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. The day old tel phone and in the end still have to make a complaint. Don't buy anything here !!!

I have to notify this company about the complaint !!! Accepting the claim as such went well, but when the tablet returned, which I complained at this company, I found at home that the display was very scratched, my mistake was that I did not check the goods on the spot properly (because I lived thinking that the tablet would be the way I put it on the complaint) and so they ran with me when I went back to the store to solve the matter, but that they would send the tablet again to complain if I scratched the display myself or whether it was their fault. But when I wanted to return the money that I no longer trust them, they didn't. I called the CTI, but even there they told me it was my fault that I did not check the goods properly immediately. I also have to point out that when taking over the complaint it was written that the display is slightly dirty, otherwise no signs of use and when I read the complaint report there was written a cluster of scratches, ie scratches have already occurred at the F-Mobil shop in OC Europark. So pay attention to this store, in what condition you are here to claim goods and best recommend that you take pictures, so that you do not end up like me. For me, I will never recommend this company to anyone, rather, on the contrary, I will only discourage people from buying here and watch how they treat your goods. Nobody helps me anymore, so at least I want to advise you what to watch out for !!!
