Good quality of food as every country I visited. BILLA is my favourite if no restaurants booked ;)

Fresh food and reasonable prices. A bit small. Only one cashier worked today thought the cue wasn't long.

I live on top of it. The produce can sometimes be bad, but there's organic stuff and good discounts. They're nice to my dogs. So 5 stars.

Horrible service, cashiers are very rude and arrogant. Unbelievable. The store is definitely not cheap, the food is old , meat often smelling bad, especially chicken, the dates of expiration are definitely fake very often. The vegetables are sometimes rotten, and it will sit on the shelf for long time, until someone buys it , I guess. Overall, a terrifying approach towards customer , overpriced products and lots of expired items -" let nothing go to waste, even if someone will get sick" strategy. Maybe the Czech managers get premiums on selling literally everything, no matter how rotten. Stay away.
