Good afternoon dear manager Around 20 days ago Adriana contact me for making the tour for my Group to traveling to slovakia on 5th of July for 4 days. Adriana got my contact from hotel I booked and sent an email for arrange the tour with PERSONAL email. Sent me some details of daily activity and tour with the prices . I accepted the prices and I ask Adriana send me official letter with prices I have to show to my clients and gather money and in future will not get any problems. Anyway adriana told that I’m in Berlin I can not do that . Wait I will back office. Anyway I lose my time for 20 days less or more. Also I sent all copies passport all information asked me . She asked me full of whole amount before I reach there ( before 15 days) I told can send you 50 percent of amount, before 15 days and when I get hotel I will give cash.
