We understood the situation, so they didn't ask for anything, with the fact that we will go in a year. The travel agency didn't write anything after that, we looked at their website and it was canceled, so once in the autumn of 2020 I tried to call, a young man took it with the fact that my mother called and nothing ... so it was clear to us. I wrote to the Union insurance company, where this travel agency is insured, but they wrote to me that why did the travel agency CK Caorle tour get us notified of bankruptcy or insolvency, that I do not communicate with them either, just as the insurance company cannot do anything? We really don't understand that, the travel agent does not communicate, and if you contact her insurer, they also allegedly can't do anything? !! 🥺 Do you have any experience of how to proceed?

My friend and I went on a day trip, the transport was fine. The bus was well, regular breaks, so you stretched, the drivers were nice. We were just disappointed that the departure to Prague was already at 17:45, we were not there for ten hours.
