Negotiations on the phone were very disrespectful. Also, no information with any reference to queries has been sent to email. Of course, a person has different questions, not just usual, he would like to talk about it all in person or by phone. No willingness or interest from the point of view of the interviewee is manifested. I am sorry that the school does not care about the potential students who are still paying for it. That's why I do not understand why there is no place for a worker who would devote himself to new students and communicate information as it normally does in the company.
