The worst lattee I've ever had. Dirty glasses (both), dried dirt on a spoon, no foam, no taste. It's a tragedy on Costa Coffee.

It is seen that a minimal staff training is done, but the full potential is not used at all, so not training quality and time, otherwise super trim, fine coffee, but there is missing the luck, the luck needed coffee, you know? My two stars belong not to a girl who's not responsible, but to a leader who doesn't do her job, in my opinion, she doesn't.
