AUTOBOND GROUP a.s. - Kia

I would like to share my experience with Autobond in Prague. My wife and I have been going there for two years. I ASX and Mrs. Ceed. Arrival is a bit more complicated, I attribute that to a small parking lot, but when receiving a vehicle for repair, you will receive a solid and professional approach. The technicians, even though the waiting room is relatively full, work quickly and "missed" the delivery deadline by about 3 minutes, it is possible to survive :) As for the service prices for both vehicles, this is a common standard. I also tried to ask for other services. In addition, we received a free car wash and a few other bonuses, such as discounts on labor and materials. I recommend the service for both brands.

Never more! It all started with a wheel change in the spring of 2020. Kia Sorento. They called to say that they had a car on a jack and that the front and rear brakes were at the end of their lives. They told me on the phone that replacing the discs and plates at the front and back would cost about 20,000 CZK. I said that I'm going for a service inspection in June, so we'll leave it at that for now. They announced that the brakes would cover a maximum of about 2,000 km. When taking over the car, the technician told me another number, namely that the repair will cost CZK 25,000. June came and I wanted a calculation for them before the car was delivered. The first technician coughed it up, I had to urge it twice. The second technician excused himself "I don't know, my colleague had it, I have to do it again" - I absolutely hate how they throw you like a hot potato! They sent a calculation that was about 7% more expensive than the competition. In the end, the price was somewhere between, about 23,000 CZK. So I went to the competition. They lifted it on the jack and they call that they are at the end of the FRONT BRAKE life !!! I say and what about the BACK? And they - nothing, fine, they will definitely drive a year or 30,000 km !!!!!! This is the top! AUTOBOND wanted to exchange something that was not needed for no reason !!!! Like a rotten icing on a nasty cake, it was that after changing bikes in the spring - they offer a free car wash service - they presented me with a clean shiny car WITH NARFUL BLACK DIRTY WHEELS !!! It was like a fist to the eye. It doesn't bother me, I would be ashamed to pass this on to the customer! So to AUTOBOND for service NEVER MORE !!! They won't see me there anymore.

Service term within two days, great. Nice staff. Quality work done. Slightly smaller parking lot, but that's a trifle. A few YES for me.

Unfortunately, approach zero points. On the phone, confusingly increasing the voice and misleading the customer. I wanted to agree on a specific date so that I would not spend a few days, instead I received answers to paid services (although the car is under warranty) and what others needed 5 minutes, they wanted 3 hours. We are only talking about diagnostics, not problem solving. I had more helpful staff in Germany, Holland, Slovakia but also in Mělník, where they do not do scenes with common tasks .....
