the worst service ever, almost 4 month of repairing and in result - stolen glasses, lost carpet and doors don't close properly, which was explained as "because of new door seals" but actually it was bad work (checked on other service)

In spite of the problems with the large TP, the company offered me a 2 x consecutive guarantee inspection free of charge as compensation. Otherwise, everything, including service rated excellent.
