Absolutely not trying to meet the customer, I bought an expensive Christmas perfume under the tree, unwrap and find that the bottle is destroyed! However, since I bought it myself, so I know quite well that I did not press anywhere with it, so it is a mistake of either the company that makes it or the wrong handling in Douglas, but complaints an incredible problem !!! ! They have 30 days to acknowledge the claim and I am 30 days without perfume as if they could not replace damaged goods. Ie CHECK EQUAL AT CASE for damage or buy elsewhere .....

Again, a terrible experience, a young lady from yesterday absolutely reluctant to sour face all the time I chatted with myself there and that I needed advice from her. After 10 minutes angry she left here. I came for 3 things left with 1 and just because I didn't have the nerve anymore. Shop assistants quite nice, but the store manager is very ironic and uncomfortable in communication. After asking about the possible discounts that I got from the douglas brand in the box, the head of wonder did not laugh at me if I wanted a 200 diesel discount. Her approach is very reluctant. I do not recommend this store.
