Really very, very bad! You will not get treatment with a small child who has inflammation in the eye, and only because a young girl at the reception decides that it is not a serious case! When people start judging and putting it in the newspaper, then maybe something will start to be resolved. I don't even want to think of the mother of a child whose son went for a check after tonsil surgery and there was bleeding and bleeding with the laziness of the staff and now she is a poor lager .... How angry she must have been ... I have no words for this clinic!

I failed to call for preventive control arrangements, and I tried it 10 times in the last year. Either they do not answer the phone at all or it is busy and after a few minutes they still do not answer the phone even when it rings. Conclusion - I started going elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I can not evaluate it from a medical point of view, it could not be tested here. The phone does not take the whole morning, I called about 8x within 4 hours, still busy. When visiting a surgery on a personal day, there are no patients (or a doctor) who are not in the office, it is "exposed on a door board". The orders are taken for months, and the acute case is unresolved, I was referred elsewhere. It's a good thing to find out without a personal visit. It does not make sense to waste time with this surgery, but you do not have to waste it :)

If you were so busy, I went to order personally. You're sitting in the office and just looking at the nurse cat every moment of a button on the phone as if it's terrible and how many times there are not people. I'm happy with Mrs. Doctor, but I do not pay attention to the acute case.
