Difficult to find but very friendly people ! Had to go there after Nintendo.cz referred me for a Joy-con repair/replacement. Took 5min and got a new left joy-con fully functional 👍🏻 thanks a lot guys.

The service center was unable to reproduce a simple, widely known issue with the Nintendo Pro Controller D-Pad for months! It's very uncommon of Nintendo (or its partners) to be so stubborn after their extraordinary prices. At third attempt, they finally acknowledged the issue.

Twice in a row, our gamepad was sent to this company for review, due to malfunctioning buttons. For the first time, they solved the problem by "fixing the buttons" (they didn't fix anything, he came back exactly the same as he left). The gamepad returned to us for the second time, stating that the complaint was rejected - the defect did not manifest itself. For the third time, I preferred to contact the Microsoft service that manufactures these gamepads. The gamepad traveled to Germany for service, where we exchanged it for a new piece. To the ConQuest a.s. I would not send anything for repair.
