We bought two identical UMAX tablets, after about a month one of them stopped charging. So we had it fixed. It came back unrepaired that there was a bad contact in the usb port and that it had been charged. This is the whole thing - so how did you charge it ??? Of course, when he discharged he could not recharge normally, so we complained about him again. The answer, you did it yourself and if you want to repair it, we will replace the board, not just the connector and repair 1100 CZK, complete disinterest ... negotiate the style of buying a new one and don't bother you, you are completely stolen from me ... I never even recommend UMAX again to buy this brand!

The second time I wrote to support Umax about providing drivers for their laptop. No response email. I understand that maybe they no longer have drivers, or can not provide them, but the answer would not hurt .. Personally, I would not allow any question not answer, but in this company is probably normal. You sell unusable scrap and support zero. Certainly not recommended.

Products of this brand (at least tablets) are nice shops. But they are not able to recognize it and basically do not recognize claims. I know it from my own experience, and we said it in Datart, where I bought one tablet and then complained. Last year, a nurse bought the tablet and returned it after a week due to software problems. Since this is a relatively little-known brand, is a big enough problem to find spare parts - while the established brands no problem finding spare parts (in Czech e-shops, on eBay, etc.), Here you are unlucky. After this experience, I would never buy a product from this brand.
