Polite and friendly attitude from assistants. Professional approach. The young black haired lady was very talkative and sweet. The bearded hipster man knew exactly what he was talking about. Bought Redmi note 5 and Mi band 2. I couldn't be more satisfied! Good on you all!

On Tuesday 15.12. I was shopping in the evening. I was served by a gentleman with a Vít sign. A pro and a great salesman. Nice, helpful, funny, in the picture ... Fine, great. I will remember you when I need something again.

Last year at Christmas 2019-20, I bought the latest Roborock S5 sweep vacuum cleaner and some basic spare accessories. Today, after a year, no store knows this model, does not offer replacement accessories, they are reluctant and refuse help. Official support does not match, the xiaomi specialist from Alza advises to buy aliexpress on the Czech e-shop. For people with the same problem, the S50 should be a successor with no dimensional differences. Once again, it turned out that the specialists in the store are only salespeople.
