I am not sure if this is a scam or not but they have come up with a brilliant way of doing business. They sell you something online, take your payment but then tell you later that the product is not available. And here comes the brilliant part, they tricked you to buy the newest model for a unbeatable price but then tell you that you can get the last model before at the same price instead! And when you ask for discount then they say "we do not give discounts". Then you finally get your money back in some days of course.
I will hire these guys when I build up my empire of unfair trading methods.

Less than a year after purchasing the vacuum cleaner, it is now the third time to make a complaint. The first two complaints (even with transport) lasted more than a month. After the second complaint, the vacuum cleaner returned and did not work again immediately after switching on. I was promised a priority fix. 12.1. I handed the vacuum cleaner over to the courier and after almost 3 weeks I still don't have it.
It is very unpleasant every time to completely clean the vacuum cleaner, pack it, order transport, wait for the courier ... Unfortunately I was probably "lucky" for a defective piece, for which I will not be refunded but I will complain for two years, use about a month in the meantime, until the warranty expires.
I give the second star that in the case of a recognized complaint, the postage for sending the consignment is immediately paid.
