terribly willing, I expected to leave the broken room there and it would be there for a few weeks - they solved everything on the spot, waiting, and they also advised me on which repairs to give money I don't have, that it's useless

I received a rejected complaint today. Complaints about the robot that I complained about because of a broken paw (tangled hair broke it) were rejected, saying that it worked in inoperable conditions, and that they found oxidized components and because of that it does not work. The robot works very well, except for the broken part, which has been stored in normal household use. I am currently working with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. Outrage!
