To the question 'when will my money come' I will get the answer 'during the week'. 4 / 'during the week' takes almost 3 weeks. I already owe 2.5 support. I can call everywhere, by mistake, to the office in another part of Prague, where I would like to fall, because their overall approach is absolutely perfect. They even give me the correct number for the person in charge where I fall. I called and found out: we have a return here. They were wrong. They entered my account number incorrectly into the system. The glow lights are there and no one bothers to contact me. This building is packed with incompetent people from 95℅. The remaining 5% is always a nice security on the ground floor.
