Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They know what they are doing. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy incase someone is looking for a reliable one stop shop...

I went there for different products three times during the last few months. Except for one time, when I was in contact with an elder very friendly female pharmacist, I got served by a middle aged unfriendly male pharmacist. Even though he spoke English the first time, he refused to give me any English directions concerning the antibiotics this time. On top of that, he coughed and sneezed into the opened antibiotics package because he obviously was ill. I do not know how a person without manners can work in such a profession. Never ever anymore will I go in there. I would give no star if that was possible.

Staffs are friendly and helpful when I was unsure of which medication to get. Patient in explaining how to use it.

After Saturday's experience, I wouldn't even buy black coal at your pharmacy. The seller (I doubt) that the master asked us if she could recommend something for cold sores, she looked at us like when we speak Hungarian, after repeating sourly she replied that maybe we should know what we want and she brought us Clotrymazol. If I didn't know that I use this ointment sometimes for a rash, I'll take it, to my surprise, if she thinks it seriously, she's already brought something to the cold sores. Not only did the lady seem to me that until recently she might have been washing the dishes next door at the hotel, but she should definitely not do a job where she could actually hurt people. The fact that she probably didn't understand half of Czech is worth commenting on. I have nothing against Ukrainian-speaking people, but this was crazy !! I will NEVER visit this pharmacy again and I will not recommend it anywhere.
