The attitude I met does not even deserve the 1 star. Laxity and Inability. I am 21.2. has signed an exclusive agency contract to find new office space that we needed to obtain by the end of April. It took more than ten days to acknowledge receipt of this contract. In the contract, the company committed itself to "actively and intensively" looking for suitable properties. The first offers I received 11.3., It was 6 ads from Srealit, the second email I received 8.4., It was 5 ads from Srealit (completely outside the requirements) and 2 from the ReMax database. I was interested in one, but in the end I arranged the tour myself (I found a contact on the web and contacted him on the first attempt) because my broker from Re / max Commercial "failed to contact the responsible person".
