When selling real estate, I was hesitant to contact a real estate agent in general. I hear various stories and disappointments, but I still wanted to sell the apartment without complications, the flow of money was controlled and safe, I do not know what is documented, cadastre, etc .... Horizon a very good experience. I must admit that I was alert all the time, but everything ran on its own and highly professionally, from the first meeting. They beautifully prepared and photographed my apartment, I had no idea that this was the case. To my surprise, the apartment was sold at a higher price than I requested and quite quickly.
