I did not talk to Mr. Hroud at all - Mrs. Wife acted for him. The date of the inspection was confirmed by a short message late in the evening before the arrival of Mr Hrouda and another report pointed out that Mr. Husband would take 2000, - in cash and without proof, just for looking around. In the end, we did not come to an agreement - it seems to me to be very unreliable to ask money before doing anything at all.

We were very satisfied with Mr. Hrouda's company - price offer, reliability, willingness and professional execution of the overall roof reconstruction.
