Fast and friendly couriers who all seem to speak very good English. Whenever an item has been missing or not up to par, they offer to deliver or replace it right away or give me credits towards the next order. Customer service is always quick to reply to their emails and in good English. The vans are small and can easily access our bumpy dirt roads (other delivery trucks have fallen into the ditch)

I used to be a great service that I used to enjoy. Although it happened that the purchase arrived late, there were no items or sometimes it was necessary to complain about something, but you can count on it. Now I do not have the opportunity to order without purchasing the Premium service, because the slots are disassembled and the free window here and there is usually 99 crowns for the price of transport, which already comes to me as a cheeky amount, due to the above-mentioned snags. I understand that the current time is challenging, but I do not like Rohlík's approach.

Food quality top - freshness, durability. All right.

So shopping at Rohlík never again !! We didn't even get a few things from the original order. The fruit was old and inedible, unfortunately we had to throw away most of it immediately. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

They do not respect privacy! I have repeatedly asked them not to send me spam sms. I can't even delete my phone number from the profile, I was forced to rewrite it in the profile to a fictional one.
