It's strange Fischer can afford to hire such unprofessional stuff. I made a short stop there Sunday, Aug 13 2017 with $1700 in my pocket ready to spend for a tour and a hotel I had chosen already. The girl was not a sales person but a supernumerary who lazily counted her hours till her shift is over. No attempt, desire, initiative or smile. So we were out in 3 minutes and bought a tour from competitors. Well, I guess other travel offices next door are clapping their hands to have a competition like this

They do not respond to our requests for a refund for a missed trip, although we meet the conditions for a refund. Their behavior is ruthless and unprofessional. One star only as a necessity.

There was a very nice lady at the branch. She advised us everything, handled it quickly. Next time we will definitely go to this branch, we were extremely satisfied.
