You can only communicate with the agency by phone, so orders only in writing! There is no e-mail address nowadays. If I found a place on the map where we would like accommodation, it is not possible to contact the owner, because this information is unavailable. Neither in the information in Podhájskè nor in the municipal office will not advise you. Again, you only get a connection to the agency. Everything is blocked. So it is not possible to get information about accommodation, only after checking in or by phone. We had a problem with the departure and the agency (Mr. Mrňávek) was not able or willing to solve it with the owner of the object.

From Bedentour we bought a week stay in Štůrov, Vadaš accommodation from El Paso. The photos on the Badentour website say nothing about the actual state of the accommodation, which took us back to the 1970s. We had to refuse the originally assigned bungalow (it is impossible to talk about the apartment), because it had a second bed accessible only through a hole in the ceiling, along a primitive ladder without railings, into the attic. Nothing for children or the elderly. Perhaps I would stay in it and sleep on the ground if I knew what the alternative accommodation would look like. They added a fourth bed to the bunker (it wasn't even a bungalow) for three people and it was solved. We had to do without closets, so things stayed in the suitcases. But there is nowhere to put them, so we crossed them. The shower was dirty. The toilet bowl is placed a few tens of centimeters from the wall, to perform the need is an artistic performance. After the emergencies, the television did not start working until Thursday (from Saturday). WiFi was formally, but virtually unusable. There was no air conditioning. The room could be ventilated through a door, but it opens directly onto the road, without any screens. That's why we felt like we lived on the street. Complaints and requests for decent accommodation were no longer taken into account. We tried to enjoy the environment of the beautiful Vadaš complex and not think about horrible accommodation. For a spoiled holiday we received an offer of a 20% discount on the next stay from El Paso. If I wanted to use it, I would be very careful in which apartment I will live in and I would buy accommodation directly from them. Badentour will not add any value, it will only increase the price. I got an apology over the phone for a bad vacation. Badentour, never again. Jiří Němota
