Travel agency offers a trip that does not take place. It does not communicate via phone and email. At the end of March I visited the Forbikes exhibition and consulted with representatives of the travel agency a selected trip to Sicily. I and my colleagues were lana and reassured that the tour was being prepared and that it would certainly take place. The next one month we were promised to send us information within one week. By accidentally calling on a single phone number, it was clear that no one was reading our emails and I was just assured that they would remember us and would be in touch within a week. About a month later they didn't communicate at all. At that time many other interesting tours were occupied, other travel agencies, among which we chose. CK still promises on its website that the tour will soon add more information and it is a week to departure!
