The product we ordered looks completely different than it was presented on the e-shop. The goods are of even worse quality than I expected. We wouldn't buy here again.

To this day, I have no information about what happens to the goods I paid for a week ago. On the customer line, I was told on 1 December that the goods had already been shipped, the package was taken over by the carrier and the problem is therefore on the side of the Czech Post, which has no people, it has a lot to deliver the package in time. But I didn't get a link to track shipments. Today I received a message from VK that the goods were packed and shipped ... For the second time in a week. Definitely not recommended.

One star is too much. Reluctant approach to solving any requirement. I prefer to avoid this arc business. I called their customer line and a young uncle was dealing with demands for a communist.
