Unfortunately, a very bad experience with BookTook. I ordered the goods on November 10 and paid. Then followed only a series of emails that the e-shop apologizes and does not manage. So I waited. After 4 weeks, I tried to contact the BookTook infoline repeatedly, where no one ever did. So I wrote emails, to which I received only an automatic reply that the e-shop does not even have time to write off emails. So I went to a stone shop twice, where they always just told me that goods should have been there a long time ago, but they just aren't there. They gave me a number for a manager who didn't answer the phone. Even after 2 months, I do not have goods or a reply to any of my emails. And even a week before Christmas, they sent out a newsletter to order people to deliver everything by Christmas. Unfortunately, a very shocking experience to communicate with BookTook. If you can, you will avoid this business.

I used about 4 times during various quarantines (and that there were!) As a dispenser of goods ordered via the Internet. The books always arrived within a maximum of three days. Well packed. Pleasant service. Asterisk down only for a relatively nonsensical surcharge for choosing a book directly in the store. It lacks logic and common sense doesn't. In particular, prices are no longer as favorable as they initially seem. MICHAL STEIN

So I agree with the criticism, I have ordered a diary for this year and paid, I talk on the phone with someone who does not put together a continuous sentence and actually blinks so that I do not know anything, I would use thumbs down instead of stars, 10 times, I feel that someone uses chaos and offers of goods that cannot be bought in a stone shop.

The young lady at the branch is nice and helpful, but the books are not ready for collection even after 14 days from the order and payment. I am not aware that Booktook would point out such a long delivery time before purchase, I would arrange a completely different way. The date of the expected delivery has even expired, supposedly postponed by another 8 days. However, I will not have the opportunity to pick them up. Extra unnecessary worries, no gifts, no money, I'm going to look again.
