Poor service. The Sales assistant cannot speak a professional English. It’s a shame. She couldn’t understand us at all. Catastrophic for such a brand! We’ll buy back home in Berlin!

About 15 hours after buying a pair of shoes for a woman, we asked for their replacement, as it turned out that they were not walking shoes, but driving shoes. However, the newly chosen shoes were cheaper and they refused to return the difference to us in the store. Instead, we received an oral "promise" that the money would remain in the customer's account and we would have to spend it "for something" in a limited time. I would not really expect this practice at the most prestigious address in the Czech Republic, and especially not from a company that prides itself on providing a "perfect experience" on its website. That a perfect customer experience is just a phrase confirms that none of the company. did not bother to respond to the email in which I described my experience. Spending that runs out of my customer credit will be my last in LBM's boutiques. - - - Roughly 15 hrs after purchasing a pair of shoes for my wife, we requested an exchange for a different pair, as the one we had got proved to be unsuitable for walking (rather, they were driving shoes). However, the replacement pair was of a lower price, and the store refused to refund the difference. We received a store credit instead (in the form of a verbal "promise"), and now have a limited time when we have to come and "just get something" in order to spend it and not lose money. I would not expect this outdated return policy on the most prestigious address in CZE, and certainly not coming from a company that prides itself on a "perfect customer experience". The company reps also never bothered to respond to my email sharing this experience. The purchase that will exhaust my store credit (perhaps even on something I might not need?) Will be the last one in these boutiques.
