Kytky od Pepy - Květiny Masaryčka

I'm changing my review, the issue was solved in a very surprising way . The manager has called me ,apologised and I've got a free bouquet of flowers from the shop . Putting one star only to the shop at Masarykovo nádraží. I love Kytky od Pepy, but today I had really bad customer service, the shop assistant was uneducated (and it was an older lady, wich makes the situation even more unpleasant )went to the other shop and sure not going anymore to the this one

Today the young lady tied a beautiful bouquet to me again, I'm excited 🤩 She was very nice and helpful, just great 💐

Without debate, one of the most beautiful places to make yourself happy, smell the fresh flowers and see the smiles of a friendly staff who will consider a beautiful flower for a very good price.

Arrogant service completely spoils the impression of a suitable bond for an acceptable way. If you want to get in a bad mood in the morning, be sure to visit here. I'd rather give 2x more for the flower than visit this store again.

One of the best florists, friendly staff, beautiful flowers and at a reasonable price, I definitely recommend
