I have to say very sad and disgreatful experience. Staff very rude, they probably think that they are in some kind of factory. Pegas does not have the time for the clients and expect that everything will be done 15 minuts. I asked for the water or coffee and they looked at me like very strangely. Seems that they have some profit from close by hospital...Absolutely NOT recommended.

I would like to express my great gratitude for the extraordinary kindness, understanding and helpfulness of the PEGAS team in Kateřinská, namely Mrs. Macháčková, in our very difficult life situation when arranging a farewell after the sudden departure of our beloved grandfather. Mrs. Macháčková patiently guided us through everything that needed to be arranged, answered all questions and, even in moments when emotions gripped us, she maintained empathy, peace and professionalism. The farewell was prepared exactly according to our wishes and was beautiful (especially flowers) and very dignified. Thank you very much.

Many thanks for the kind approach of Mrs. Jana Kašpárková's approach to arranging our mother's funeral. She died in the Home for the Elderly, and at the time of the covid, there was some confusion with the news of the death and other information. There was nothing a problem for Mrs. Kašpárková and she solved everything with an admirably friendly understanding. Thank you, respectfully, Ivana Tejnorová

12.6. In 2020, my brother and I tragically died in a car accident. It was overwhelming news. The worst thing for me was that I couldn't prepare for the sudden departure of my parents, I didn't have a chance to give them the last goodbye. Therefore, I set myself to organize a dignified beautiful funeral ceremony for them as the last farewell, as an expression of immense love for them. My brother recommended the funeral service of Pegasus, and I can say that he could not have chosen better. Mrs. Turková, together with Mrs. Knoflíčková from the branch in Kateřinská Street in Prague, patiently, humanely and nobly went through all the details concerning the organization of the funeral - a double ceremony - with a larger number of mourning guests. In fact, thanks to them, I will remember these moments with love. I am very pleased that the mourners after the ceremony thank me for being able to attend the ceremony, thank you for the deep experiences they could have had with us at the ceremony. I am convinced that a large part of the thanks also go to the pleasant ladies from the Pegas funeral service.
