Horrible experience. Rude, and not helpful at all.

Nice historical building in art deco style. I was surprised but staff is very friendly and helpful and I managed everything very quickly.

Closed, bad opening hours and the lady at Zivnostenskem very reluctant.

They do not answer the telephone repeatedly during office hours. Even though they have a minimum of people in the waiting room, you hear them chatting inside, laughing, and then calling someone "from time to time" once in a while ... Ms. leaves earlier than they should and do not respect opening hours on office days.

In half an hour I arranged a trade and a new citizen, everywhere were willing and consulted everything. My best office experience.
