No response from them. I went to the store to ask consultation for a product+service. They gave me a card and asked for me to send an email. Never got response to any of my emails. I checked the usual: email address on the card, spam box, website contacts.... I am giving 2 stars because the interaction at the store was good, only the failure on their process seems to be the main issue.

Good locksmith, they helped with everything but prices could be more reasonable.

Hrozný. Jsou to nespolehlivý. Terrible. Called for a locksmith and was given an estimate for a few hours. After waiting for over 4 hours I called to ask where they were and was told the relevant colleague was out. They never came and never even called to let me know that they had to cancel. Called someone else and had my door open in half an hour.
