They have arrived within an hour during the weekend. Opening a doors which were not locked cost 1290 CZK because of the weekend. They did not specify that on their website and the price list had different amounts, which is why they get 3 stars.

Gentlemen are not exactly kind, euphemistically speaking. I had to have the key for 750, - I had it remodeled, because the master did not even measure it with a drawer, as his colleague told me. I lost my document and asked for at least a duplicate on a piece of paper stamped in the books. The locksmith told me dryly that it was simply not possible. The door is wide open in the store, so it's there in the fridge. I admire the gentlemen that they are not cold. So the key already works and that's about it.

Rude behavior of the operator (in the Dukelských hrdinů establishment) in connection with an overpriced operation (replacement of a flat flashlight per second, charged over 200, -). A really startling approach at this difficult time. My last visit.

Price 2x higher than advertised. Slammed door 1500CZK per minute of work.
