BASU 巴蜀

I came to Prague from Olomouc to celebrate my B-day and accidentally found this restaurant offering takeaway service. I offered several sushi sets and it was my best sushi experience in Czech Republic! simply amazing and fresh taste! I wish I had BASU in Olomouc as well 😋

Food taste authentic and would normally offer a range of fish and seafood, which I find harder to find in Prague. However, last time I have been I couldn't order any of the fish dish. I'm not sure if this was just a bad day or if deliveries are impacted by the pandemic. It is spicy but not too much and the terrace is a great asset! They have just opened a hot pot place next to it (same owner) but then you can't use the terrace, which is a shame. Service is ok but probably not their strength. Having said that, I would definitely come back again.

One of the best Chinese hot pot ever. We tried two kinds of hot pots here and both of them taste really good. Especially we liked the quality of the meat. Vegetables are also fresh. It's worth the price. I highly recommend.
