Great place to visit. Nice friendly and helpful bar staff. There is a group of regulars there that are very chatty and easy to talk to and also a great source of information about other places to visits. I had a great time there and will definity return when i have a free evening. Drinks are around standard price for this area of Prague and the weekly specials are well priced.

One of the friendliest places I have ever been to. Amazing store + friendly staff. Pay the boys a visit, you wont regret.

I was looking for some sex toys and found in Heaven exactly what I was looking for, wide variety of items for all likes, I was very satisfied with the personal that did their best to help.

AVOID! Waste of time and money! Empty, filthy place with rude staff! Horrendous employee on naked night, arrogant and rude speaking with Russian or Ukraine accent, treating me very unfriendly and aggressively for no reason! Just like only Russians can! So typical! He himself looked dirty and homeless. Funniest part is there were no people at all, the place was empty, with one weirdly looking homeless person! SO one would assume they would treat all customers with respect! But I felt very unwelcomed! I've been several times over the past few months and it's not better on weekends either! Doesn't matter what day you choose to go, it's empty or with just old and homeless, dirty people! PATHETIC! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Not the friendliest staff, also a very small shop without many toys. Lady behind the counter looked suspiciously all the time. We didn't feel welcome. We haven't been to the club but it didn't seem nice as well.
