Want to give minus 5! Terrible! Arrived around 10PM on saturday, no beer on tap (later they said, the tap was not working for a week), and also run out of bottled beer, and some other alcohols (Becherovka, rum). After asking they were not even trying to solve these problems and reacted arrogant. No payment with card, even through the sticker "cards accepted" on the door. I read the same issues in feedbacks again and again, so it's not even getting better. WC without door, cloakroom obligatory with slow service and if you have a scarf or sweatshirt with the coat, have to pay twice. They offered us welcome drink Vodka-Sprite that was rather just Sprite. Avoid this place

How is it possible to not have any beer on the tap in the center of Prague on Saturday night? Okay, they offered us bottled beer, but after cca 1 hour there was no more bottled beer, they also ran out of some other types of alcohol. I feeled like they want us to drink only more expensive drinks. The urinal (pisoar) was clogged and filled with urine and vomit. Awful place, avoid it.

Terrible place, on Saturday night shortly after 10 p.m. the bar totally ran out of beer (draught and also bottled), becherovka, rum and whiskey. Furthermore they were not even trying to replace the missing goods. The staff was arrogant when asked. They sold me a round of cocktails without warning me of the fact that they also lack one of the key ingredients from it. Only afterwards they informed me and of course I had to pay for the incomplete cocktails.

The girl working tried to rip us off by saying it was cash only. There was however a plaque on the door that said they take cards. When we paid she gave us less change and tried to convince us there were all sorts of surcharges and that it was her first day. Needless to say we left immediately.
