Today the chemist refused to serve me and asked me to go away. I wore a mask, I kept the distance, I asked politely if he could suggest me a medicíne for my problem. VERY RUDE! !! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Required painkillers for quite severe toothache. Very professional and friendly chemist assisted with clear instructions of the choices we had and also advice on consumption of tablets with other medication. I wish this type of service existed in my country of residence.

Hi, anything can happen during your vacation. You might need something from pharmacy. First of all, this pharmacy has been on the same spot since 1488, so it is amazing that you can get your pills or whatever in the oldest existing pharmacy in the country. Secondly, it is on the main road leading to the Prague castle, so easy to find. They have everything you need, stuff is experienced, very well educated and knowledgable about products they sell or even make there. They are fluent in many languages. So perfect spot.

Historic building with the original interior, this chemist provably looks as it did hundred years ago. Kind service.
