Waited 4hours to report a stole belonging. Buying insurance to guard against theft sounds like a good idea. But this prague police station asked me to wait for 3hours to make a simple report for an insurance claim. Had to catch a bus and couldn't make the report in the end. Security in Prague is terrible. Justice system simply allows it to continue happening.
Great department. Good cops. Especially officer Dalibor.
They were helpful and very accommodating despite the language barrier. Got to tick off riding in the back of a cop car from my bucket list.
Very helpful cops specially Inspector Petr. Found our lost wallet within 3 hours.
Great service, children Bueno and Amigo taste great. Makes the waiting time really tasty. Everyone should have seen in Prague. Unfortunately, there was not enough seating and the doors were too high, so 4-star deduction.
