Arrogant messy dude with number 2544: "Okay, you're parking in a place reserved for the police, didn't they teach you to count to four?" There were already 4 vehicles in that place, so I thought I could put it next door. I wanted to deal with it on the spot. The guy told me: “We can solve it on the spot, but I don't want to and that's my jurisdiction. It will come to you by letter, there is a bigger fine. " ... Her colleague was fine, but this girl must have suffered a lot as a child ... Is this what your Help and Protection looks like? Keep it up.
