Absolutely superb service. First time in this store in Prague, and we were made to feel incredibly welcome. We were helped by Pamela who was not only friendly but honest. My partner felt comfortable with the style, heal height and colour of the shoes because Pamela took the time to explain what suited and why. When going to this store, my suggestion is to ask for Pamela.
Wonderful store with a great collection! The interior is well designed, surely a go to place for footwear! I love the staff at this particular branch, specially Pamela who was very helpful and proffessional, she should definetly get a raise, if the manager is reading this, give her a raise and a promotion, the store won't be the same without her service, good luck, and Pamela, you rock.

We were at the store on Sunday - loved everything. Selection was pretty big and ladies were very helpful, especially the lady who's name starts with M - Im sorry I cant remember full name. The atmosphere is very relaxing and staff is very friendly.
The best store in town! I would highly recommend it to you all!
