Very helpful staff and decent selection of merchandise. Despite two attempts to register (initiated by store staff) I never made it to the mailing list, though.

I have never been inside. Just walked passed a few times.

The staffs are not welcoming. When we stepped in, they (one short and one long hair) talked in their own language with each other, showed us one of the kind face as if we cannot afford to buy. Asked the staff about the conversion rate to euro, the staff showed me black face again. Visited so many longchamp stores, this is the worst customer service I ever encountered.

Service was very horrible and unhelpful compared with other stores . They’re act like they don’t really care you going to buy the bags or not . We were walk in the shop they don’t even say Hi or ask if you need any help . Very bad attitude for customer service I will give -5 stars if an option
